Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good faith communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through confidential binding arbitration in Union County, New Jersey under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal actions must be brought in Union County, New Jersey.
